David Cohn

Founder

David specializes in helping resolve problems in companies with complex issues so they can grow to the next level of success. He’s worked across many industries in organizations of all sizes.

A graduate of Louisiana State University School of Business, David is a lifelong learner, certified in the Hogan Assessment, and proficient in the Profile XT (for hiring and promoting effectively).

Following his own experience as a DELTA program participant, David seized the opportunity to purchase the entire DELTA program in 2017 as an essential extension of Epikus Leadership.

Leadership is about who you are as much as it is about what you do.

Dr. Tim Daughtry

Dr. Tim Daughtry

Dr. Daughtry began his career as a clinical psychologist before focusing on organizational psychology and the application of behavioral science for optimizing human performance in organizations.

He specializes in helping managers and executives to better understand and manage their behavior and its effects on others and on the organization’s overall performance. He’s facilitated the DELTA Plus™ Workshop for over 20 years.

Kelly Painter

Kelly Painter

Kelly brings over 17 years of experience in Talent Management and is responsible for implementation, training, and daily relationship building with Epikus clients.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Business Management and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management. As a solution provider, Kelly delivers real business results while leading and developing high performing teams. She has a diverse background in scoping talent solutions, implementation planning, service delivery, and strategic planning.

Bill Heck

Bill Heck

Bill specializes in developing and designing performance and compensation plans for broad-based staff, sales teams, boards, and executive leadership teams. He works with publicly and closely held companies and tax-exempt organizations in aligning performance with compensation for increased productivity.

He has a graduate degree in business and human resource administration from the University of Colorado and has worked on policy staffs as an active-duty officer at the Pentagon and the Air Force Academy. His duties included managing the Defense Officer Personnel Management Act from inception to installation and providing advice on staffing matters to the Air National Guard headquarters staff.
