WHY WON’T ANYONE LISTEN TO ME?
WHAT IS THE PLAN?
HOW AM I DOING?

Over the years in my role of advisor and consultant, I have conducted numerous employee interviews. These are designed to get a sense of how the employees feel, what their concerns are, and to determine how engaged they are.

Here’s what I’ve heard over and over:

They all care for the company. Most don’t feel that is reciprocated.

Their ideas and suggestions are treated frivolously or dismissed.

They seek comfort and security—now more than ever.

The leadership is often stunned at these discoveries.

Anxious and needing information, these employees want their managers to pay attention to them, give them feedback, and show care and concern about their welfare and job satisfaction,

They see first-hand what is missing. They want to help fix the inefficiencies. They know what works.

When corrected, we see a release of positive energy and solutions that are implemented seamlessly.

It would be our pleasure to visit with you about this or anything else you would like to think about.
